I booked Lake residency Ooty. Rooms were very dirty, full of cob web in the corner. No staff. Only one lady was there in the reception. Broken electric cattle, toilet very dirty. Bed sheet very dirty. When ask to clean, came with a cloth started dusting all cobweb fell on the bed. No hygien. Hotel need good staff to look after guest and cleanliness very much needed.

I'm missing room with the lake view which was told so while I booked the room & complimentary breakfast timing was less, need more hous for it. As it was less I couldn't spend enough time for the breakfast.

The condition of the rooms was not well maintained, not recommended for stay with family & kids. Bedsheets, linens, toilets, ambiance, nothing was on point, not sanitized nor hygiene, was filled with strong chemical smells. I believe the only thing they did in the room made the bed and put on fresh towels. By the time we saw the rooms, it was too late to cancel the stay. I tried calling customer support for help nothing helped. Before vacating premises, I was promised by the hotel staff to get a refund after deducting a minimal fee for 3 hours horrible stay but never got it. I would never visit here again or recommend it to anyone.

Worst hotel i have stayed in my life. 1) No card Swap Machine 2) Dirty Uncleaned Blanket in the room 3) Asked water at the time of checkout waited for 20 minute. They didn't give. 4) no room service available. When ask for tea they said go outside and drink tea. 5) at the time of booking they said we will have a complementary breakfast. When we asked in the morning there complementary breakfast was 1 Plain dosa and 1 plate idly which had only 2,idly.For rest whatever we order we need to pay. We were 3 members we need to pay extra for 2 masala dosa and Vada whatever we have ordered. 6) They are big cheater. They take a large amount of money but didn't deliver as promise. 7) They also didn't provide water on arrival. When asked they give water30 minutes. 8) They don't have any room or kitchen service. They have a hotel in their campus where we need to go to have dinner. Dinner was horrible.Yhe chapati was like papad. 9) hotel rooms were not at all sound proof.Out room was in ground floor. Whenever any one opened or close his room we get a noise. 10) No AC in the room . At time of booking it was said. AC is attached. We booked a AC room. When we asked the same they said who wants AC in this chilled weather.They ate big cheater.
